Background
- First Citizens, a top regional bank in the Southeast is a current user of our EDM system; and has had success with the system for 2 years.
- They identified a need for increasing system speed in some of their low bandwidth branches without removing information critical to the success of CRM calls they were placing to their customers.
Solution
- Conclusive provided several options to provide this critical information to First Citizens end users. Ultimately, Conclusive recommended a “Rapid Alert Manager,” a alternative view which provided needed information in a pared down format. Access to the original version was also available.
Results
- Loading speeds increased 50-60%, enabling First Citizen’s low bandwidth branches to make these CRM calls at a much more rapidly, and increase their call success rate.
